Returns Policy

Regular Stock Purchases

First quality BugRugs purchased via this website may be returned for any reason, provided it is within 14 days of receiving the rug and the rug is returned in original condition. A full refund of the purchase price will be paid minus any postage, freight or courier costs incurred. The postage, freight or courier cost includes both the cost to ship the rug to the customer and the cost to return the rug to Sydney. 

As an example, a rug is purchased for $279 with local delivery costs of $10.  If the rug is returned in its original condition within 14 days, the refunded amount to the customer would be $259 ($279 - $10 delivery fee to customer - $10 delivery fee back to BugRugs). 

Please note that postage, freight or courier costs vary depending on end shipping destination. Exact postage, freight or courier costs can be advised prior to purchase by contacting BugRugs at info@bugrugs.com.

 

Clearance & Factory Seconds Purchases

Rugs marked as "Factory Seconds" or sold as "Clearance Stock" are not eligible for "Change of Mind" returns.  In the case of "Factory Seconds", an overview of the nature of the flaw is provided in the product description and it is understood that the consumer is aware that they are reduced to clear due to various imperfections.  In the case of clearance stock, it is understood that items are being sold at a reduced price to clear unwanted stock.  "Change of Mind" returns are not applicable for either type of sale.
