Delivery Policy During COVID-19

As everyone is aware, the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve and change at a very rapid pace.  We are staying informed of all relevant updates from health authorities and the government.


We are open for business and shipping gorgeous kids rugs to fabulous customers!  Being a small, family owned business we personally manage our own warehouse  which is located in Sydney.  There haven't been any impacts to our order fulfilment process to date and we are getting our lovely little rugs out the door to customers as quickly as possible.


However, there are changes to our delivery process.  Our couriers are no longer able to obtain signatures on delivery and are performing all deliveries with Authority to Leave.  This ensures that all precautions to maintain social distancing are taken and we are keeping everyone as safe as possible.  


Thank you for your continued support of our small business - we are beyond grateful!  We urge everyone to support other small businesses and get through this difficult time together.
